Our Team
Clifton McKnight Sr
President; widely recognized as a national leader, bringing over three decades of valuable insurance experience. He is an esteemed Executive Sales leader in the Insurance and Management sectors, known for his disciplined and focused approach to teamwork and empowerment.
He is past President of both the Atlanta and State of Georgia Chapters of National Association of Health Underwriters (renamed National Association of Benefits and Insurance professionals), largest National organization of benefit Insurance Professions 20,000 members. Mr. McKnight is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and received BA-French, Masters-Education Administration and Obtained 2 Degree while studying at Universite De Rouen- Rouen, France.
Mr. McKnight’s expertise lies in effectively developing and executing marketing and sales plans tailored to diverse domestic, international, private, and public sector clients.
Lulita E. McKnight
Chief Operating Officer and majority owner of SISA, She is a distinguished entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience in insurance management and federal government contracting.
Lulita, a graduate of Trenton State University (College of New Jersey) BS-Business Administration.
Her remarkable achievements earned her the prestigious title of Small Business Person of the Year by the Atlanta Business League. Lulita’s vision for SISA’s growth centers on providing enhanced personalized service to meet clients’ unique requirements. She excels as an experienced expeditor and project manager, offering genuine solutions for complex insurance, management, and analytics needs.
Gigeta M Utley
Secretary of the Board of Directors, is a passionate educator with a unique perspective, having graduated in Special Education from Georgia Southern University. She holds a M.A. in Education Instruction from Central Michigan University and an ED.S in Curriculum and Instruction from Lincoln Memorial University. With experience in DeKalb and Gwinnett County School systems, Ms. Utley is dedicated to delivering quality information to all client stakeholders. Her focus at SISA lies in providing international medical insurance solutions for students and faculties studying and working abroad.
Clifton B. McKnight II
Acting Treasurer and Board Member, brings valuable financial expertise with a B.S. from Howard University, specialized in Corporate Finance and Accounting. He gained significant experience working with one of the world’s leading Commercial Real Estate firms, optimizing fiscal budgets with an impressive annual revenue of $161 Million. Additionally, Clifton served as a consultant for a global financial institution during significant North American entity sales.
